You would be a part of a strong development team that is responsible for building services and systems in a telco industry.

Your responsibilities

• Develop, verify, deploy and maintain our custom environment (software: Python on SVN/git on Windows, Jenkins; hardware: development boards, FPGAs) for development, continuous integration and automated testing of embedded software for Sonova hearing aids
• Contribute to improving the software development workflows by implementing major changes in the development environment
• Provide operational stability and robustness of the development environment to over 50 embedded software engineers in multiple teams and locations
• Develop close-to-metal (C/C++) at the core of the Sonova embedded software platform
• Accelerating embedded software development in Sonova worldwide

Your profile

• University degree in software engineering or electrical engineering
• 5+ years of work experience in the area of embedded software
• Proven track record of development and maintenance of industrial software development environments
• Service orientation towards peer developers
• Fluency in Python 2, Python 3, Polish and English
• Business trips approx. 5-10% per year
