• Defining of security policies both in objectives and needs linked to the information systems of the business unit;
• Contributing to the implementation of the security policy in the organisation;
• Assessing risks, threats and consequences in the area of information security and establishing the prevention plans;
• Providing training, reports and information regarding to user awareness;
• Validation of security related tools, including definition of policies and standards within the organisation;
• Activating crisis processes in case of Information and systems security disaster;
• Advising the organisation with current information about information security technologies and related regulatory issues;
• Supporting the improvement of the technology development regarding the security area of interest;

Profile

• At least 3 years of full-time work experience in IT security management or related functions like IT audit or IT Risk Management;
• Expertise in the area of Data Protection and Privacy, privacy governance, assessment, remediation, policies, procedures, and classification, data retention concepts, access control for leading ERP/CRM systems, self-developed tools, data bases and data warehouses;Experience background in IT roles will be an advantage;
• Trustworthy attitude with high standards of personal integrity and willingness to stay assertive in a variety of situations;
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is a must;
• Open minded with a business oriented approach and with good communication skills;
• Additional certificates like CISM, CISSP, CISA or CRISC would be an advantage;
