• Functional Team Leader
• Task and capacity management for small team
• Communication and handling of escalations both with partner and with disciplinary lead
• Overseeing system architecture and leading development activities

Your profile

• Innovator of architecture and perspectives
• Familiarity of common enterprise integration patterns
• Proven working experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE and/or Spring
• Knowledge on front-end building blocks and toolchains
• Knowledge on distributed programming design and solutions
• Knowledge on different programming paradigms, for example functional programming, object oriented programming, reactive programming
• Familiarity with Docker, its ecosystem, and preferably container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes
• Knowledge with Micro service design
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies, such as JPA2, Hibernate
• Experience with caching, search indexes and related services, such as Ehcache, Hazelcast, Redis, Elasticsearch
• Practical Experience with Message Integration (JMS, ActiveMQ, SQS), Web- and Rest Services (Jax-RS & JSON, Jax-WS & SOAP)
• Familiar with distributed logging is a big plus, like ELK
• Excellent knowledge with Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration / delivery culture and supporting tools, like Gitlab, Jenkins
• Team player and enabler, strong communication skills
